We had so much to do this past weekend. Winston butchered 2 hogs, one about 600lbs and another nearly 700lbs. I really wish I had taken some pictures. The process of butchering a hog is very labor intensive! Winston hung it (with chains) and halved it, then quartered it. It's hanging in the walk in freezer now.
